New villa finished in December 2000. Consists of three separate units. Very quiet
"Zvezdara" hill, yet just 40m away from the always very busy, King Alexander
Boulevard, which enables very quick connection (5-8min. driving) to the center.

SECURITY: video cameras on both main entrances being able to be seen from every room in the house, where there is TV receiver, as well as the alarm system with motion sensors connected to a telephone line, covering the garage and the whole unit. There is a concrete fence surrounding the whole property (44). Windows have thick wooden covers. Otherwise no criminal activity in the area. Police station 150m away.
TELEPHONE: two telephone lines at the moment, but waiting for the two ISDN lines, to be installed. The villa has its own telephone switchboard, which enables communication between all the rooms in the unit and the two outside entrances.
TV/SAT: there is a satellite dish installed on the roof. Possibility of watching the satellite programs from any room in the unit, without purchasing an extra receiver, as well as 18 local channels.
HOUSE CLEANING: there is already a person employed for taking care of the units.
EXTRAS: the villa has its own electricity generator.
HISTORY: the original villa was built by the owners great-grandfather in 1900's. Due to the poor condition, it was decided to build a complete new building, with the ramification of the original, but almost double in size. Some of the material of the old villa was built in the new building.
GENERAL: the villa was built by natural materials, with excellent isolation and double walls. The outside is built in a Victorian style, inside there are modern straight and curved lines, with clean shapes. Combination of cold marble and warm wood gives a relaxing and warm ambient. Colors dominating are cream, and white, with touches of blue. The unit is furnished.
